Next Event (Bo)

There is now an option in the homepage editor to display the "next event" at the top of the homepage.  This takes precedence over the "today's events" if you have that selected.  Like the "today's events", it will display the first paragraph of the event and link directly to the event.  Unlike the "today's events", it will ONLY show the next event, and not multiple events.  Also, it does not care if the event is the same day or not.
