Hi Bo, I know you're really busy with the igroops interface. I've seen some of the new features you're adding and it keeps getting better and better. I was wondering if you would consider allowing us to use Flash headers. Maybe the Flash header could be hosted somewhere else and you just give us the option to insert the url. I know some people don't like flash at all, but I think a well designed Flash header gives your visitor the impression that you're serious about your business. -Thanks |

Hi Bo,
I just tried this, uploading a small SWF as the header but no luck. Still old image even after refreshing a few times and clearing browser cache etc.
Cheers

Use the delete option to delete the current header first _________________________________

Hi Bo, animation works but somehow has thrown out the alignment of the rest of the page. Now my right hand column is outside the main body.
The flash width is set to 850px is this too big?
Thanks

Is this on http://members.pathofconsciousleadership.com ? I see a flash image as the center image... not the header. This image is not 850px... but much smaller. Check the "site design" page in the admin for exact specs _________________________________

Your header image is perfect... it is something in your homepage content (message of day) that is messing up the size. I now this because all other pages are fine... it is just your home page. Either something is screwy with the main image(flash) or you pasted your text using another editor -- and foreign tags are corrupting the code. _________________________________

Since we're able to add flash as a header, is it or will it be an option of not using the current default icons in the upper part of the homepage? I would like to use my own links from flash if i'm able to bypass the horizontal navbar.
Thank you, ______________________
