I didn''t have a chance to join; just looked at the home page. I hope to get back and check it out in more detail.
Just a few comments that struck me:
1) Looks like you've come up with a lot of good potential benefits that membership in your site can bring. But as a first time visitor scanning the list, I'm not sure which one sticks in my mind. I know it's always tough to exclude anyone in a potential submarket by focusing on others. But I think a simpler message up front may get people to latch onto an idea that sticks with them. Painting a picture, or telling a story usually works. The book "Made to Stick" has some great insights into this issue.
2) I like that you're giving us free memberships to try it out. I'll try to do it.
3) In your iGroops "New iGroop" announcement, it would be good to let the admins here know what's different about your affiliate program. It's not clear, at first glance, why the world needs another affiliate program. A bit more info in this thread may induce more of us to have a look. Many are familiar with affiliate programs, to some degree; and I suspect we all have our favorite model. You're also competing a bit with the iGroops Affiliate model, which is another reason you should provide a short list of differentiators to get people to check it out.
4) As in my comments on George's group, it would be good to see how your membership grows with the marketing approach you are using. We could all use data on what works well to bring in new members.
